Draft Profile: Malik Nabers/Wide Receiver

Malik Nabers LSU 6’0″ 200lbs


From Youngsville, Ohio, Nabers quickly became one of the best receivers in the school, producing some good ones in the last few years.

Nabers immediately impacted as a freshman, playing in 11 games with six starts. He tallied 28 receptions for 417 yards with four touchdowns, earning freshman All-SEC honors.

As a sophomore, Nabers led LSU with 72 receptions for 1,017 yards, second on the team. He played in all 14 of LSU’s games, starting 11 times.

His breakout junior year was one of the best in LSU history. He led the team and SEC with 89 receptions for 1,569 yards, which ranked second in the nation. He was tied for third in the nation with 14 touchdowns. This incredible junior year earned Nabers First Team All-American honors, and he was a finalist for the Biletnikoff Award, which is given to the nation’s top WR.

Nabers leaves LSU as the career leader in receptions (189) and receiving yards (3,003)
